Jane Clark
MSc MBACP BPC
Psychotherapist and Counsellor
My private practice provides a confidential space to explore aspects of your thinking, feelings and behaviour that might be creating difficulties in your personal or professional life.
How I can help
As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where I can help you gain insight into the less conscious aspects of your thinking, behaviour and feelings. I would usually offer open ended therapy, allowing us to work together to disentangle deep rooted difficulties which may have built up over time as a result of your earliest experiences.
I specialise in relationship issues. Alongside my core qualification as a psychotherapist and counsellor working with individuals, I also trained in the area of organisational dynamics, which means as well as helping you gain insight into your home and personal relationships I can also help you think about difficulties you may be experiencing in your professional life.
